Both! It's your event so it's your choice. Even when it’s a kids event the adults will often join in. Phone free parties can be requested for specific adult events e.g. product launches, film screenings, team building exercises to increase engagement and protect privacy. It works just as well at parties or weddings where your guests can socialise, be present and live the moment - not view it through their phones.

Yes the phones are stored in a locked container and are never left unattended.

We provide a quick and efficient service - similar to checking in your coat at the cloakroom. There are various systems available depending on the size of your event and your budget. 

They just come along to our check-in station and there will always be someone there to give them access to their phone. If they want to leave the event early then that is no problem. Checkout would normally begin 30 minutes before the end of the event if you wish to remain eligible for a raffle but phones can of course be given out at any time during the event. 

Most events already have a photographer / videographer booked to capture those special moments. Pictures and videos look much better when they’re not of people on their phones. We understand that guests also like to take their own photos too so there are several options we can suggest - we can supply a dedicated ‘selfie’ taker at your event to work alongside your photographer - digital, screen free or disposable cameras at various price points - arrange a Photo Booth for you at your event.

We provide a bespoke service for each event. Standard package includes 2 members of staff and up to 100 phones, simple wristband check-in process and a minimum of 6 hours on site.
